Structurally, an inflatable bouncer is an oversized air mattress. Most have inflated walls and netted sides. The netted sides allow airflow and allow you to supervise the activities inside, they also act as a barrier, preventing children from bouncing out of the enclosure. An electric fan plugs into an ordinary, outdoor electrical outlet and begins filling the bouncer with air. Within minutes, it is completely upright and inflated on a flat surface, like a lawn. The fan will keep it erect with enough pressure that children can jump on the interior platform and get launched into the air. Tethers and stakes keep the inflatable bouncer in place.
Even though this energetic, over-sized toy has all soft parts, always supervise your bouncing children to make sure no one gets accidentally injured. Supervision is necessary to prevent injury!
Each inflatable bouncer is rated for weight, usually with a recommended number of children and age range. For safety and maximum excitement, most are usually equipped to handle 4-10 children with a weight range from 200-500 lbs (90-225 kg). Toddlers to 12 year-olds can enjoy themselves, but be sure that children of different ages know how to play in the "bouncie" together cooperatively.
All the jumps we rent out are fully enclosed with netted walls. They are cleaned frequently, and inspected yearly. We use hospital grade germicidal solution to clean our equipment.
Dino bouncers can be set up just about anywhere. In backyards, on driveways, in parks or in school gyms. Check with us for the dimensions specific to your rental. We have a size for everyone and every event.
All of our jumps run off a standard 110 household power outlet. If the jump is to be set up in a park, or another location where a power outlet is not available, then it is your responsibility to rent a generator. Generators can be rented at several rental companies throughout the city.
We will come and set up the jump, and at the end of your rental time, we will come and take it down. The cost for set up and take down is included in the rental cost. Set up time is before your rental time, therefore, when you rent for 2 hours, you jump for 2 hours!
Our employees have been educated and certified in the Inflatable Structure Safety Course. This course is recognized by ROAR (Responsible Operators of Amusement Rentals). We have been in business in the Regina area for 5 years. We have never had a claim for injury brought forward. The employees are educated in several business courses and a special course “Birthday University”. Our goal is to make your experience memorable and worry free. We are members of Tourism Regina, East Regina Business Association.
High winds are a big concern for us. However, a slight drizzle of rain is not a problem. Pouring rain is not a problem, but who wants to jump in pouring rain anyway? Temperatures must be at least 5-10 degrees celsius for outside rentals, otherwise they have to be inside.
All jumps are available for rent. We don't take a deposit; therefore, if the weather is a problem, no one loses anything. Just pay either by cheque or cash when we come to set up. For more details please see our rental agreement.
